Refund Policy
At Unique Cattle Farm, we value your trust and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our business, some refund conditions may vary based on the product or service.
1. Livestock (Cattle Sale & Purchase)
All cattle are sold after full inspection by the buyer. Once the animal has left the farm premises, no refunds or returns are accepted unless there is a written agreement before the sale. We strongly encourage all customers to visit the farm, inspect the animal, and ask any questions before confirming their purchase.
2. Palai (Animal Care) Service
Palai service fees are non-refundable once the service has started. However, if you cancel before your animal is delivered to the farm, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on your booking and handling charges.
3. Breeding & Semen (Coming Soon)
Due to the biological and sensitive nature of semen products and breeding services, no refunds will be provided after the product or service is delivered or used. We guarantee quality, and any concerns will be handled case-by-case for customer satisfaction.
4. Farm Accessories & Products (Coming Soon)
For physical products like tools, feeding equipment, or accessories, refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase only if:
The product is unused and in original condition
Proof of purchase is provided
The product is returned at your own expense
Note: No refunds for customized or used products.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order or booking, please contact us immediately. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
